Appin Coimbatore client is looking for Training completed networking Students.
JOB LOCATION: CHENNAI
COMPANY : ACT
The selected students will be taken for a 3 months training program in our company under the title of SDC (Skill Development Center) where the in-depth training will be given to the candidate on the function he has been selected for.
The 3 month training program is as follows:
1st month – Class room training, with practical exposure to field.
2nd & 3rd month – Buddy up with existing employees & complete field training
The candidate’s will be given a stipend of 7500/- Rs. per month + conveyance.
Also from 2nd month the candidate will be eligible for performance based incentives.
The company will be providing an accommodation for 1 year from the date of joining, so the candidate can get acquainted to Chennai environment.
After completion of 3 months training the person will have to undergo an assessment test, after clearing it, he will be taken in the on-roles of the company as ACT employee.
The CTC of the candidate will be in the range between 150000 P.A. -175000 P.A. depending upon the performance & candidature.
Also he’ll be eligible for conveyance & performance based incentives, apart from the CTC.
